Cancellation Policy

A 48 hour notice is REQUIRED for any cancellation of a pre-booked reservation.

If 48 hour notice is not provided via phone call, voicemail, text message, or social media message the noted fees below, based upon what services you had pre booked, may be applied and required to be paid in full prior to any future reservations being booked at Addyson West Salon.

15+ minutes late will result in a $50 late fee.
48 hours or less cancellation/ reschedule will be charged 50% of service total.
No shows will be charged 100% of service total.

This courtesy enables proper compensation for time held for your pre-booked appointment and maintains a higher availability for my time as well as other clients.
